Shipping and lead times
Everything on the site is in our own warehouse in Reno, Nevada. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day leave the same day. Everything else leaves the next business day.
Costs
- Free ground shipping on orders over $149 to the lower 48 states
- $9.95 ground shipping on orders under $149
- Alaska and Hawaii: ground rates shown at checkout, usually $29 to $59 per box
- Freight items, the 60 and 90 day kits and pallets, ship on a curbside freight service and say 5 to 7 days on the product page

Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment the label prints, and a second email when the box is out for delivery. Boxes are plain brown with no product names on the outside.
Weather and emergencies
When a storm is named, orders into its path jump the queue and we move to seven day dispatch. Carriers may still hold boxes once roads close. If a delivery is late because of a declared emergency, email us and we will trace it the same day.
Addresses we cannot reach
We do not ship outside the United States yet. PO boxes take ground orders up to two boxes, but not freight.
